You may request a refund within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect or fulfillment error on our part.

Return & Exchange Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery for items in original condition with tags attached. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer care team at support@verao.qa with your order number and reason for return.

For hygiene reasons, swimwear and accessories are not eligible for return or exchange unless faulty.
